JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Customer Success Managers in managing global client accounts. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, client communication, and project management, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and client presentations.
- Supporting where needed client communications via email
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Supported managing global accounts, including updating client records and tracking KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in Sales is a good catch!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) software and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer success and using a project management tool is a plus.
