Logix BPO is an Award Winning BPO and RPO, with operational teams across the Philippines, headquartered from Cebu City.
Logix BPO are looking to hire skilled Sourcing Specialists, to work global recruitment projects.
Job Description:
-At least 1 year experience working as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
-Proven experience in LinkedIn sourcing (passive & active)
-Experience within professional services recruitment or sourcing (IT preference).
-Experience in offshore Recruitment – within UK, US or EU Market.
-Sourcing through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or LinkedIn Recruiter
-Create shortlists of candidates for current open roles, using LinkedIn, CRM database and various job sites.
-Do bottom-up lead gen of all candidates shortlisted – added as job leads to CRM.
-Ensures profiles on database are routinely cleansed and categorized appropriately with the organization defined codes.
-Experience adding and cleansing profiles on CRMs (Vincere experience is a bonus)
-Ad-hoc data entry task to support business operations.
-Basic knowledge of Boolean Searching
