JOB OVERVIEW:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media and Content Creator Manager with a passion for crafting compelling content and driving engagement across platforms. This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) role where you’ll create, manage, and optimize content for social media, email, and other digital channels to connect with our audience and amplify brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Media and Content Creator Manager, your role will include:
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Design visuals, write captions, and develop blog posts, newsletters, and other digital materials.
- Community Engagement: Foster interactions with followers, respond to inquiries, and build brand advocacy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and optimize performance to ensure engagement and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
- Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform content strategies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation with a proven track record.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other social platforms for B2B engagement.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong motivation to grow your career in digital marketing and content creation.
Additional Desirable Qualities:
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
