JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing training programs that enhance the sales team’s ability to generate and convert leads effectively. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other stakeholders to design training content that aligns with the company’s goals and ensures that the team has the skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and continuous development for current sales team members.
  • Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, role-play scenarios, and product knowledge guides.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, tools, and resources.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use data to continually improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and lead generation strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, or similar role in a lead generation or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales processes, and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training content
  • Deliver content effectively to both small and large groups.
  • Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance metrics to refine training programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
