Job Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment & Resourcing Specialist you will be tasked with supporting a range of functions across the recruitment process, including:

  • Create shortlists of candidates for current open roles, using linkedin, CRM database,and various job sites.
  • Add shortlists of candidates to recruitment CRM, with email/phone numbers provided
  • Do bottom up lead gen of all candidates shortlisted – added as job leads to CRM with the decision maker as the contact with email address and/or phone number added to CRM
  • All new candidates and contacts added with relevant skill codes and industries to CRM
  • Provide Clients or Account Managers with proposed short lists of candidates
  • Conduct initial telephone screening and employment references for candidates
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach of candidates
  • Use Boolean search techniques to find the best and most relevant candidates
  • Manage candidate interview schedules
  • Manage candidate offers and counter offers

Other support tasks include:

  • Doing lead gen in their given vertical
  • Adding new leads to CRM
  • Adding new contacts and businesses to CRM
  • Adding new candidates to CRM
  • Skill coding all of the above

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist or resourcer
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented
  • Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
  • A proven ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
