Key Responsibilities:
- Market mapping of candidates in specific regions and functional markets.
- Building lists of suitable candidates for assigned roles, primarily using the company’s CRM (Bullhorn) and LinkedIn.
- Outreach to suitable candidates using telephone, email and LinkedIn messaging.
- Screening candidates by phone and collating detailed notes using the company’s candidate pre-screen template.
- Creating shortlists of suitable candidates for the i-Pharm client lead.
- Completing detailed cover sheets.
- Submitting candidates using client ATS systems.
- Data gathering exercise for value-add content – Linked In Analytics and Bullhorn/Cube 19.
- Mapping out decision makers at companies and adding them to Bullhorn. Consultant would give them a list of companies and job titles.
- Market mapping via finding companies in online directories or scraping conference exhibitor lists.
- Mapping out contacts at VC firms that we should reach out to.
- Adding candidates to LinkedIn projects.
- Creating candidate headhunting lists for the consultant to reach out to.
- Creating spec lists in Bullhorn e.g. The consultant gets a candidate with imaging experience, can you find all of the hiring managers that work for imaging. companies and add them to a distribution list for the consultant to spec to and mass mail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their utilization for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
