JOB OVERVIEW
The CSR is a customer-focused professional responsible for delivering exceptional and timely customer service solutions to prospects and clients in the property leasing and maintenance industry. This role involves engaging with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic contact center environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead sheets.
- Clearly articulate the cost reductions available and present compelling reasons for prospects to engage with our closers.
- Schedule appointments and effectively manage calendars for US-based closers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1-2 yrs. previous experience in a SALES or TELEMARKETING role is preferred but not mandatory.
- With SOLAR SALES experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes.
- Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
