JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs and HR policies.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and managers.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on career development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager for at least 2 years.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
