JOB OVERVIEW

The CSR is a customer-focused professional responsible for delivering exceptional and timely customer service solutions to prospects and clients in the property leasing and maintenance industry. This role involves engaging with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic contact center environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent Logix BPO in a positive and professional manner, demonstrating high integrity and work ethic.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive company culture.
  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls professionally and engage with prospects and clients effectively.
  • Provide accurate and appropriate information in response to prospect and client questions.
  • Capture detailed and legible documentation of all call activities within the ‘Central’ CRM.
  • Achieve defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals:
    • 80% or higher Quality
    • 90% or higher Adherence
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive company culture.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have at least 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a CSR/Call Center Agent
  • Willing to work on site
  • American accent IS A PLUS!
  • Becomes an industry expert and an extension of clients’ leasing processes.
  • Answers inbound calls, emails, and texts from prospective residents, assisting with inquiries and scheduling property tours.
  • Supports current residents over the phone regarding maintenance concerns and schedules maintenance technician appointments.
  • Ability to engage empathetically with calls and maintain a conversational tone.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls per shift (70+ calls).
  • Excellent communication, phone skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Interest in the single-family and multifamily leasing industry or property rental industry.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience or knowledge within a CRM.
