What is the best thing about your job?
There’s a lot to be grateful for. First, our very down-to-earth CEO. The Flexibility of my work set up and schedule. The company culture. The approachable admin/leadership team. The Perks and Benefits.
What is the best advice you could give someone starting their career?
Always be open to learning new things, as this quality is highly valued in today’s workforce. Be receptive to criticism and grateful for the advice from your superiors and mentors. Saying yes to something you don’t think you can accomplish will help you gain confidence, so don’t be afraid to do it. Be assured that the Logix Admin Team will always have your back if something goes wrong as long as we see that you are committed and upholding the Logix Values.
What are your favorite TV shows, bands and books?
TV Shows – Master Chef, Crime Watch Daily. Books :Sidney Sheldon Books and I love you Book of Dr. Gordon Martinborough, Bands – 90’s Backstreet Boys
Tell us a little bit about you, your hobbies and interests…
I’m 38 years old and a licensed teacher by profession. I would describe myself as both a people person and an introvert (strange). Very emotional and sensitive, but devoted and loyal. I call myself a fighter, for winning all the battles I went through, may it be in love, life, or career. I also enjoy watching K-dramas since I think the plots are interesting and intriguing. I love Life and I always up for any challenges.
What are your long term goals… Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I can see myself continuing to manage staff members at Logix BPO because this is what I feel most comfortable doing. Could also be assisting in looking after our Logix BPO satellite offices outside of Cebu City as I had imagined the business expanding and opening branches around the Philippines with hundreds of staff people onsite. I will always be devoted and committed to doing whatever is required of me by the company as long as they need me and my service.
