What is the best thing about your job?
As an IT Support Specialist at Logix BPO, the best thing about my job is the opportunity to help people and solve their technical issues. It’s rewarding to see how my expertise and support can make a significant difference in the productivity and efficiency of our agents. I enjoy the challenges that come with troubleshooting problems and finding innovative solutions. Additionally being able to work with a team of talented individuals is another aspect I appreciate about my job.
What is the best advice you could give someone starting their career?
If I were to offer advice to someone starting their career, I would emphasize the importance of continuous learning. Technology is constantly evolving and staying updated with the latest trends and developments is crucial. Taking initiative to expand your knowledge and skills will not only enhance your value as an IT professional but also open doors to new opportunities for growth and advancement.
What are your favorite TV shows, bands and books?
As for my favorite TV shows and bands, I’m quite fond of a few series that captivate my attention during my downtime. However, when it comes to books, I must admit that I haven’t found a particular favorite yet. Nevertheless, if you have any recommendations I’m open to exploring new literary adventures.
Tell us a little bit about you, your hobbies and interests…When it comes to my personal interests, I’m an avid fan of motorcycle riding. There’s something liberating about hitting the open road and feeling the wind against your face. It’s my go-to hobby for unwinding and clearing my mind after a long day of troubleshooting tech issues.
What are your long term goals… Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
In terms of my long-term goals, I envision myself continuing to grow in my career as an IT professional. In five years, I see myself taking on more significant responsibilities within the organization possibly in a leadership role. I strive to contribute to the success of Logix BPO by leveraging my expertise in optimizing units and resolving technical issues. Ultimately my aim is to make a positive impact in the IT field and continue supporting the growth and development of our company.
