It’s all about numbers and people.
What is the best advice you could give someone starting their career?
Have a clear and realistic career goal: Before starting your career identify your career goals and make sure that they are clear and achievable. Set specific measurable and realistic targets for yourself and work towards achieving them. Learn as much as you can: Learning is a continuous process and the more you learn the more you grow professionally. Take advantage of every opportunity to learn and improve your skills even outside of your comfort zone. Develop a strong network: Building professional relationships is crucial in any industry. Connect with industry professionals, attend networking events and cultivate meaningful relationships with colleagues, mentors and influencers. Be proactive and take initiative: Employers appreciate individuals who take initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude. Don’t be afraid to take on new tasks, offer your ideas and go the extra mile to exceed expectations. Embrace feedback and learn from mistakes: Accepting constructive feedback and learning from your mistakes will help you grow and improve in your career. Remember nobody is perfect and every mistake is an opportunity to learn and do better next time. Be open to new experiences: Lastly be open to new experiences and challenges. What are your favorite TV shows, bands and books?
Well, I like game shows that test our brains to explore and learn more. I also like books about real life struggles and how to deal with them.

I love arts in any form; singing, dancing, and painting.
What are your long term goals… Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
My long-term goal is to be in a stable life where I can earn as much even when I am sleeping. Freedom to travel, to work at my own schedule and be with people who think the same as me who values life at its best.
