Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced JavaScript React Developer with a passion for fintech and cryptocurrency to join our team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications and user interfaces. Your primary focus will be on building interactive and responsive front-end components using React.js and integrating them with the back-end services and APIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product team, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
  • Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate front-end components with the back-end services.
  • Work with the team to identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and improve team productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript, React.js, and related technologies.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-up meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in JavaScript development, with a focus on React.js.
  • Proficiency in building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards.
  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and writing testable code.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of financial technology (fintech) and cryptocurrency concepts, markets, and platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js or Python.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Myntcoin
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client for data fetching.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection.
