The deal combines Xilligence’s software and cloud expertise with Hi Tech’s almost 30-year track record in infrastructure management, creating a powerhouse for comprehensive IT services.
Hi Tech will continue as a separate unit under the new leadership of Santosh Menon, who plans to integrate advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) into its services. Hi Tech’s founder, Madhyamvetu Shivadas, will remain a director. “The Hi Tech brand will continue on and become even stronger with the support of Xilligence. I look forward to seeing what new heights we can achieve together,” said Shivadas.
Strengthening capabilities with a global vision
Founded in 2000, Xilligence operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, providing solutions in software engineering, cloud computing, and mobile applications. Hi Tech Informatics, established in 1995, boasts 31 branches across India, including 23 Lenovo service centers, serving top-tier clients like IBM and Lenovo.
The combined expertise of these companies enhances their ability to deliver end-to-end IT solutions, from software development to infrastructure management.
