
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE) – iSON Xperiences, a customer service management (CXM) and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has appointed Vitul Kwatra as the incoming global chief executive officer, effective this month.
“We are thrilled to welcome Vitul Kwatra as our new Global CEO,” said Vivek Gupta, chairman of iSON Xperiences Board. “He brings more than 25 years of experience in both strategic leadership and hands-on management within leading organizations, including almost a decade with iSON Xperiences.”
Gupta emphasized Kwatra’s crucial role in driving the company’s growth and expansion across various geographies and service lines. He emphasized that Kwatra’s deep understanding of the firm and his leadership skills made him the ideal candidate to lead iSON Xperiences into its next phase of evolution.
According to the firm’s press release, the company is confident that under Vitul’s leadership, clients, business partners, and employees can expect the same level of passion, commitment, and support.
Kwatra’s extensive experience and accomplishments
Vitul Kwatra has over 28 years of experience working with multinational conglomerates in the BT 100 and Fortune 500 sectors.
Before joining iSON Xperiences, Kwatra was the Group Director at Go to Market Excellence – Africa at Bharti Airtel Netherlands BV, where he led strategy, vision, and the enablement of market-facing functions, including retail distribution and customer experience across 17 African countries.
He also served as the India Business Head for the NRI segment at Citibank and held strategic roles with prominent corporations such as General Electric and American Express. At GE-SBI Cards, he was the customer engagement head.
Kwatra’s contributions have earned him numerous prestigious awards, including the GE India President’s Award, People’s Champion Award at GE, and Operation Excellence Award at Citibank.
Kwatra will succeed Pravin Kumar, who has served as Global CEO since the company’s inception in 2011.
