
Foundever Poland commemorated its 20th year in the market by holding a conference at the Norblin Factory in Warsaw. The “CX with a Human Touch” conference gathered experts in customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing, and new technologies.

During numerous presentations and panel discussions, speakers shared insights on customer relationship management, the future of generative AI for CX, and the importance of the “human touch” in customer service.
The conference attracted participants from around the world, including CEOs, founders, and directors. Among the guests was Foundever’s founder Olivier Camino, who traveled to Poland to celebrate the company’s twentieth anniversary in the country.
After the conference, participants and employees of Foundever attended a banquet at the historic Reduta Banku Polskiego. Employees associated with Foundever Poland for 10 years or more were honored, and special awards were given to employees who have been with the Polish branch since its inception, recognizing their 19 years of loyal and dedicated service.
Participants also reflected on two decades of Foundever’s operations in Poland and its past successes.
