BANGALORE, INDIA – Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading digital CX and business process provider, is committed to supporting the Philippine AI-BPO expansion with a $5M investment pledge.
This exchange occurred when President Marcos Jr. met with Hinduja executives on August 7, as part of his visit to promote the Philippines as an investment destination in the ASEAN region.
Since 2003, HGS has invested over $50 million in the country, making it one of its most enduring and profitable IT-BPM partners. The company currently employs 3,800 Filipinos across its delivery centers in Taguig, Iloilo, Quezon City, and Cebu, serving clients in the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors.
The recent commitment is expected to create 1,000 full-time jobs for Filipinos in AI-skilled roles by 2027. It also marks Hinduja’s expansion in the country, with promises of new offices in Iloilo and BGC, as well as the country’s first AI-focused hub in Quezon City.
Why This Matters
The investment not only transforms business processes in the Philippines but also opens up opportunities for boosting local talent. It further strengthens the country’s position as a leading service provider in a competitive market.
Cristina Roque, the Department of Trade and Industry Secretary, has also noted HGS’s significant presence in the country’s outsourcing business.
Hinduja Global Solutions has been with us since the early days of the outsourcing industry. Their commitment to innovation and talent development is a big reason why the Philippines is now recognized as a global leader in customer experience management. We welcome their expansion, which will not only generate jobs but also equip our workforce with the skills needed for the digital future.
