WYOMING, UNITED STATES – NobelBiz, a telecom and cloud technology provider for contact centers, has been acquired by bXceptional LLC, a group made up of its own leadership team and key long-time employees. Rather than being bought by an outside firm or investor, NobelBiz is staying in the hands of the people who have built it.
This is more than a change of ownership. It’s a return to purpose. Our group didn’t come from outside. We’ve been here for years, serving our customers directly. By stepping in together, we’re making sure NobelBiz is led by the people who know the business best and who always put the customer first.
— Steven Bederman, CEO and Chairman of bXceptional LLC
The leadership team now formally owns the business. They are veterans with extensive experience in all critical functions that keep the company running and successful, including telecom, cloud, operations, sales, marketing, and engineering.

Why This Matters
By moving to employee (or leadership) ownership, NobelBiz is betting on stability, culture, and responsiveness. They’re aiming to avoid common risks in corporate takeovers, such as staff churn, priorities driven by outside investors, or mismatches between what leadership wants and what clients need.
For customers and partners, the acquisition has been structured so there’s no disruption in service or support. The president, George Seroukas, said they want to continue delivering real outcomes for their clients. Now that they’re co-owners, they can “move faster and smarter than ever, with every decision aligned to customer success.”
