
NEW YORK, USA, and NOIDA, INDIA – HCLTech, a global technology company, and Xerox, an American multinational corporation, have announced an extension of their longstanding partnership.
This collaboration is expected to enhance Xerox’s “Reinvention” initiative, a strategic effort aimed at restructuring the company for sustainable growth through AI-driven engineering services and digital process operations (DPO).
Focus on efficiency and digital transformation
The partnership will be primarily focused on the newly established Xerox Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Through HCLTech’s automation, product engineering, and process operations services, Xerox will be able to enhance its Order to Cash, Sales and Marketing Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement processes.
The tech firm will utilize its full-stack generative AI platform, HCLTech AI Force, to create a unified interface that improves how employees and clients interact with Xerox.
This partnership aims to integrate innovative capabilities into the GBS organization, advancing Xerox’s digital transformation and making the company more agile.
“As we continue our Reinvention, our aim is to drive enterprise-wide efficiency by centralizing processes, platforms, and capabilities,” said Louie Pastor, executive vice president and chief transformation and administrative officer at Xerox.
“By extending our agreement with HCLTech and leveraging its expertise, Xerox will become more agile while continuously improving employee and client experiences.”
A history of collaboration and innovation
The partnership between Xerox and HCLTech began in 2009, focusing initially on product engineering and IT process support services.
Over the years, this collaboration has grown, with HCLTech providing extensive support through its global delivery network spanning India, Guatemala, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
Raghu Kidambi, corporate vice president and global head of digital process operations at HCLTech, expressed pride in the partnership, stating, “We are proud to partner with Xerox and look forward to deepening our collaboration to drive strategic value in new service development, growth and cost optimization.”
Together, HCLTech and Xerox have secured 215 US patents and established world-class R&D labs that are seamlessly integrated with Xerox’s infrastructure and standards.
