CHANDLER, ARIZONA – Vensure Employer Solutions (Vensure), a global leader in HR/HCM technology, managed services, and business process outsourcing, has acquired Execupay, a provider specializing in payroll, HR technology, and HR services for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
This acquisition is Vensure’s 75th in the past six years and brings nearly 800,000 worksite employees (WSEs) from Execupay, expanding Vensure’s total WSE count to approximately 4 million.
According to Vensure, Execupay aligns well with the company’s existing offerings, particularly the PrismHR technology portfolio. Execupay’s expertise in supporting payroll service companies and developing HR software will enhance Vensure’s ability to provide comprehensive solutions to a broader client base.
Strengthening HR solutions and expanding client base

Some of Vensure’s recent acquisitions include California-based PEO and HR outsourcing firm Emplicity, Colombian BPO and payroll provider Contrate, Ohio-based health firm Ault International Medical Management (AIMM), Georgia-based HR outsourcing firm MarathonHR, and resource services firm Canadian Payroll Services.
Collectively, Vensure and its service providers support over 141,000 businesses and process more than $158 billion in annual payroll.
