PARIS – France-headquartered TP (formerly Teleperformance) reported steady revenue growth in the first half of 2025, despite the adoption of AI and global economic headwinds.
As one of the world’s largest business process outsourcing providers, TP reflected a 1.5% like-for-like revenue growth, delivering €5.116 million in its H1 performance. The company credited this growth to its strategic execution through its AI-enhanced services and growing global delivery strength.
TP recently unveiled its Future Forward strategy with the launch of its TP.ai FAB, a platform that combines AI, human expertise, and emotional intelligence.
In the first quarter alone, TP deployed more than 200 AI projects, expanding its services through partnerships with firms like Sanas (accent-neutralization), Parloa, and Ema, as well as its acquisition of Agents Only. The company also intensified its human transformation efforts by training over 65,000 managers in AI and emotional intelligence programs. This reflects TP’s impressive and effective execution of AI integration into its business operations and systems.
The first half is clear evidence of our ability to harness artificial and human intelligence to create a competitive advantage for our clients. – CEO Daniel Julien
Why This Matters to the Industry
TP’s success is shaping a new path for the industry. It illustrates how data-driven and emotionally intelligent services deliver excellence on a large scale.
This calls for BPO companies to engage in an AI-first strategy and ecosystems that successfully integrate human expertise and EI with AI’s automation performance, pushing toward human-machine coaction within the industry.
