
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS – Thrive, a provider of IT technology outsourcing services, has announced the appointment of Scott Steele as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Scott Steele’s proven track record in operations management, digital transformation, and business process automation positions him to make a significant impact at the company.

Steele’s prior experience
Before joining Thrive, Steele served as VP and Head of Managed Services Systems within HP’s (Hewlett-Packard) Digital & Transformation Organization, where he led HP’s services transformation and business model enablement. He also spearheaded the rapid global expansion of HP’s Managed Services Partner business.
Prior to his tenure at HP, Steele held several leadership roles in cloud and data center departments at NER Data Products.
Steele’s appointment comes during a period of significant growth for Thrive, which has completed ten acquisitions over the past two years, including 4IT, IT Freedom, Storagepipe, and Custard Technical Services.
The company has also reported double-digit organic growth, driven by the widespread adoption of its cybersecurity, cloud, and next-generation managed services platform.
