
VILNIUS, LITHUANIA — Teleperformance (TP) Lithuania has expanded its operations by creating 80 new jobs in the coming months, increasing the company’s Lithuanian team to nearly 800 employees.
Since opening its Vilnius office in 2015, with just a team of 50, the company has grown into a multilingual hub with over 700 experts, supporting customers worldwide in more than 15 languages.
TP Lithuania Country Director Natalia Iashchuk highlighted the company’s steady growth, stating, “Starting with just one project in 2015, we have expanded our operations significantly, even during challenging times like the pandemic. TP’s recent acquisition of Majorel has further enhanced our capabilities and allowed us to bring in new international talent, strengthening our position as a key player in the global market.”
A hub for multilingual and digital business services
Teleperformance’s Vilnius branch serves as a critical hub for providing diverse business services, such as customer support, technical assistance, back-office processing, and social media management. Clients span industries like e-commerce, telecommunications, technology, travel, and finance.
General Manager of Invest Lithuania, Elijus Čivilis, praised the expansion, calling it a vote of confidence in Lithuania’s talent and business ecosystem. “TP has not only tapped into the deep pool of talent we have here – they are nurturing it, too. This expansion is a vote of confidence in both our people and our business ecosystem,” he said.
As part of a global network employing nearly 500,000 experts across 300 languages, the Lithuanian branch benefits from significant global resources while maintaining a strong local presence. Teleperformance reported €8.3 billion ($9 billion) in revenue and €602 million ($658 million) in net profit for 2023, showcasing its robust global performance.
