Movate welcomes two new executives to drive growth

TEXAS, UNITED STATES – Movate, a provider of digital technology and customer experience (CX) services, has announced the appointment of two experienced executives to its leadership team.

Dariyus Setna will join as executive vice president (EVP) and chief revenue officer for Digital Services, while Chris Condon will take on the role of EVP and chief revenue officer for CX Transformation.

In a press release, Movate’s CEO, Sunil Mittal, stated: “Dariyus and Chris bring solid business expertise, a digital-savvy approach, and a customer-focused mindset. Their presence will enhance our go-to-market capabilities, driving growth and fostering stronger customer relationships.”

Newly assigned executives’ rich BPO experience

Setna will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth by engaging with Movate’s executive-level customers through a consultative and outcome-focused approach.

Setna brings over 25 years of experience to the table, having built a successful consulting business and held leadership positions at major firms like EY Consulting, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Globant.

He has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses, grooming high-performing teams, and driving revenue and EBITDA growth.

Condon will lead the strategy and expansion of Movate’s Digital Customer Experience (DCX) and Revenue Solutions Businesses. He will oversee sales and account management, shape go-to-market strategies for DCX, and drive new business development.
