PARIS, FRANCE – Global human resources leader HR Path has welcomed Lumi, a U.S.-based Workday consulting services firm, into its group. This acquisition will solidify HR Path’s position in the HR industry and its Workday capabilities in North America.
François Boulet, a founding partner at HR Path, says this is “a strategic step that strengthens their ambition to be the global reference in HR transformation.”
Fellow partner Soleil Boucher echoes this, citing that they’re looking forward to “offering Lumi’s clients the full range of services that HR Path already delivers worldwide.”
Operating Under a New Brand
Now branded as “Lumi, an HR Path Company,” both companies intend to retain (and expand) the client base Lumi has nurtured for more than seven years. Lumi’s internal operations will also not be affected, with leadership and employees retaining their current roles. These ensure clients will receive uninterrupted services during the business transition.
Chase Zollinger, Lumi’s co-founder, assures that “Lumi will remain committed to delivering exceptional service” as they expand the range of services they offer to clients.
Co-founder Matt Dobbs also notes that with both companies aligning their visions, they’ll be able to ensure clients can scale globally.
The two are also looking forward to the career growth opportunities awaiting their team and to the deeper talent pool they can access through HR Path.
