CAIRO, EGPYT – Foundever, a global customer service provider, has opened its third hub in Egypt. Located at City Stars Towers in Nasr City, the new hub was inaugurated with a ceremony attended by officials from the Ministry of Labor, the Investment Authority, and 50 other significant guests.
This expansion is part of Foundever’s strategic plan for global growth, targeting countries with strong talent pools and attractive investment climates. The new hub is expected to create hundreds of job opportunities in the near term, with plans to employ 4,000 people in Egypt over the next three years, supported by a revenue growth rate of 65% per year.
Strategic support for multilingual services
Foundever’s new hub will complement the company’s existing operations in Cairo and Luxor, both established in 2010.
“Our new hub in Egypt, at City Stars, will be a dynamic multilingual center primed for exponential growth in the years ahead,” said Benedita Miranda, general manager for the multilingual region of Foundever.
“With a decade of transformative development and substantial government investment in language training, Egypt now boasts a highly proficient workforce fluent in multiple languages.”
Miranda further emphasized that Foundever’s expansion is driven by their confidence in Egypt’s economic and operational potential to support growing demand from US and global clients. She also highlighted the country’s commitment to harnessing local young talent.
Commitment to community and employee development
Mina Wahba, general manager of Foundever in Egypt, stressed that their hubs are more than just workplaces—they are also spaces for their employees’ learning, training, and entertainment.
“We develop employees’ skills through facilitated digital courses for career and personal development. Additionally, we allocate teams to support and assist employees during their work period by offering entertainment, sports, and artistic initiatives,” Wahba said.
Foundever also engages with the local community through initiatives like the Conversation at HeART program, where employees interact with local artists, fostering a deeper connection with contemporary art.
The company’s private foundation, Foundever.org, in partnership with Carerha, an EdTech platform based in Egypt, launched a language and career readiness program for 100 women in distressed communities in Egypt. This program aims to empower women and promote workplace inclusivity.
