EGYPT – Easy H Trade has launched the first outsourced export management service in Egypt. It will help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) “manage their export operations externally without the need for an in-house team or dedicated export department.”
This is not a brokerage or intermediary service. We operate as a complete export management system—handling everything from market research and client coordination to production, quality assurance, shipping, and ensuring that the product reaches the end customer abroad.
— Mohamed Habib, Easy H Trade Chairman
The company’s move is also in line with Egypt’s goal of making SMEs integral players in its export ecosystem and increasing its non-oil-related exports. The country expects that such initiatives will make Egyptian products more competitive in regional and global markets.
What the Export Operations Will Be Like
Under this new service model, Easy H Trade will act as the manufacturer’s “external export arm.” It will coordinate every stage of the export process, including:
- Identifying and contacting overseas buyers
- Managing contracts and payments
- Ensuring oversight to guarantee export standards
With this service, the company hopes to reduce the costs and improve efficiency for SMEs that want to enter and sustain business operations in foreign markets.
The company currently has clients in the food manufacturing, textiles, ready-made garments, packaging, and chemicals industries. It plans to participate in international trade fairs to expand its client base and identify high-value export markets for each industry.
