
TOKYO, JAPAN – Appian, a cloud computing and enterprise software company, has announced a strategic partnership with Outsourcing Technology Co. Ltd (OSTech), a prominent engineering and manufacturing outsourcing firm in Japan.
The collaboration aims to enhance business efficiency by leveraging process automation and low-code development on the Appian Platform.
Significant efficiency gains through automation
The partnership between Appian and OSTech focuses on eliminating data silos and integrating business processes across OSTech’s systems.
This initiative follows a successful trial implementation of the Appian Platform, which resulted in a 25% reduction in workload. Since May 2024, the new solution has been fully operational as OSTech’s “business standardization system.”

Protrude, OSTech’s IT integration service, will play a key role in offering advanced process and digital transformation on the Appian Platform.
