JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for dynamic and results-driven Telemarketers/Outbound Sales Agents to join our growing team. As an OSA, you’ll connect with potential clients, highlight cost-saving solutions, and schedule appointments for our expert US- and UK-based closers. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving results and building success stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls from provided leads.
- Present cost-saving opportunities in a clear, compelling manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our closing teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads.
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales or telemarketing (e.g., solar sales, insurance, telco).
- Exceptional English communication skills that engage and persuade.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- A self-motivated, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail orientation for maintaining accurate CRM records.
