Job Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team to achieve departmental and company objectives. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving performance, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance expectations and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO, RPO, or similar setting.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience working directly with clients.
- Interest in digital research tools and approaches.
