Job Description
-At least 3 years’ experience working as a Solar Telesales Agent
– Make outbound calls at least 250-300 dials per day
– Identify potential solar clients in the USA and gather information about their energy needs
-Explain the benefits of solar energy and our company’s solutions to clients and customers
-Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system
Our Solar Telesales Agent must have:
-Proven experience in USA market – preferable.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Analytical and inquisitive
-Understanding of solar products and systems
-Proactive that takes initiative and has problem-solving ability
-Commercial awareness and strong business sense
