Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to support the promotion of shows and entertainment content across digital platforms for a global musical theater and entertainment company based in the United States.

This role focuses on social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns to help increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and show promotion.

The ideal candidate is creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about entertainment and live productions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts and platforms
  • Create and schedule engaging content such as graphics, captions, and promotional posts
  • Support digital marketing campaigns for theater shows and productions
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience interactions
  • Track and analyze social media performance and campaign results
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely promotion of shows and events
  • Research and apply social media trends and marketing strategies
  • Assist in building strategies to increase online audience engagement and visibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies
  • Experience using social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Willing to work onsite and on US shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in entertainment, events, media, or theater marketing
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Experience working with international or US-based brands
