Logix BPO are looking to hire a skilled Sales Specialist for our growing team!

Job Description: As a Sales Specialist at Logix, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and increasing our opportunity pipeline for Health Solutions (HS) and Commercial Risks Solutions (CRS). Your primary responsibility will be to identify and contact HR, CFO, Risk, and Finance managers in Cebu, Davao, and Luzon Economic zones. Your goal is to build a robust database of potential clients and secure appointments to discuss our HMO options.

Key Objectives:

  1. Build a comprehensive database of HR, CFO, Risk, and Finance managers across Cebu, Davao, and Luzon Economic zones.
  2. Increase the opportunity pipeline for Health Solutions (HS) and Commercial Risks Solutions (CRS) and ensure successful conversion.

Scope of Work:

  • Develop a database including company details, contact persons (CHRO, HR Director, CFO, Finance Manager, Risk Manager), email addresses, telephone numbers, office addresses, locations, industries, number of employees, and asset size or revenue.
  • Introduce client services and establish meetings with the client’s Business Development team.
  • Thoroughly target and exhaust the assigned market to create a comprehensive database.
  • Hand over the final database with all relevant information to the client.


  • Proven experience in sales and cold calling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong dedication and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Previous experience in HR, insurance, or related industries is a plus.
