Job Overview:

The Staffing Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve and exceed sales targets. This individual will actively engage in sales efforts while managing the team, providing strategic guidance, and fostering positive relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting and staffing, coupled with proven management experience leading large teams. This role is for a hands-on sales leader who excels at coaching, mentoring, and driving results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a hands-on sales leader, actively helping your team close deals.
  • Serve as a self-starter, top-performing sales professional, and closer.
  • Set quarterly and annual individual and team goals to achieve sales targets.
  • Review, optimize, and improve the sales organization to increase performance.
  • Take ownership of team success beyond just sales numbers.
  • Foster positive relationships with partners, vendors, and recruiters.
  • Provide clear, targeted feedback to executives to support short, intermediate, and long-term planning.
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, sharing insights internally.
  • Assist team members in performing specific tasks related to their roles.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional attendance record.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Management: 3+ years (Required)
  • Sales: 2+ years (Required)
  • Experience specifically in staffing/recruiting is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and recruiting skills.
  • Expertise in using sales reporting tools to monitor performance and track goals.
  • Familiarity with standardized sales training methodologies to maximize team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with executives, team members, and clients.
