Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and strong confidence in managing inbound calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle 30+ inbound calls per day with professionalism and clarity
- Identify caller needs and direct calls to the correct team or department
- Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls when needed
- Provide general information to clients and build product knowledge over time
- Maintain a warm, organized, and efficient front-desk environment
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience in reception or call-handling roles is a plus
- Calm, courteous, and attentive under high call volumes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time
- Quick learner with strong retention and adaptability
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with basic office tools (phone systems, email, scheduling software)
