Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and strong confidence in managing inbound calls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle 30+ inbound calls per day with professionalism and clarity
  • Identify caller needs and direct calls to the correct team or department
  • Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls when needed
  • Provide general information to clients and build product knowledge over time
  • Maintain a warm, organized, and efficient front-desk environment
  • Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Experience in reception or call-handling roles is a plus
  • Calm, courteous, and attentive under high call volumes
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time
  • Quick learner with strong retention and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with basic office tools (phone systems, email, scheduling software)
