Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team on-site and manage operations for our UK-based client. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and drive team performance while working on UK business hours.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for the UK client on-site.
Plan, monitor, and execute project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Lead daily and weekly project meetings with the team and client.
Track project progress, manage documentation, and provide status reports.
Identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions promptly.
Monitor team performance, workload, and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure all outputs meet client expectations and business requirements.
Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years proven experience in project management, preferably with UK or international clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Cebu and align with UK business hours.
Experience managing on-site teams.
Background in BPO, digital marketing, tech, or staffing projects.
Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
