The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operational functions of the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth flow of business operations.



  • Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.



  • Have at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE with client management
  • Willing to work on site
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
