Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support the promotion of shows and entertainment content across digital platforms. The role will focus on social media management, graphic design, and marketing campaigns to help grow audience engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is creative, digitally savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Create graphic designs and visual marketing materials for show promotions, announcements, and campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content to promote shows, events, and company updates.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely promotion of shows and entertainment content.
- Assist in brainstorming creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies.
- Help manage online promotions, partnerships, and audience engagement.
- Perform ad hoc marketing tasks and support overall marketing initiatives when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience promoting events, shows, or entertainment content.
- Knowledge of content marketing and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
