We are in need of Admin Virtual Assistant!!
As an Admin VA, you will provide essential administrative support to our international clients. You’ll help manage day-to-day tasks, ensure smooth operations, and support internal and external communications—all while working onsite in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Organize and maintain physical/digital files and records
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Conduct basic internet research as needed
- Handle data entry and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Support general office admin and logistics tasks
- Update CRM or tools used by clients (if required)
Qualifications:

- No experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work onsite at our office location
