JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Automation Specialist with expertise in setting up and delivering email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using automation tools such as Clay and AI for SME to enhance efficiencies in marketing and operations. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email automation workflows to ensure high performance and seamless product rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage email automation workflows to drive targeted marketing campaigns.
- Leverage automation tools like Clay and AI for SME to create efficiencies in email marketing, campaign rollout, and operational processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of email campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools, delivery rates, and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, automation, and AI applications for SMEs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing and automation setup.
- Hands-on experience with Clay and/or AI for SME tools, with a solid understanding of how to apply them for process efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize email campaigns.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and email service providers (ESPs).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools and technologies.
- Experience working with SMEs and understanding their unique challenges.
- Basic knowledge of AI applications and their role in process automation.
