Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Demo Specialist / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at presenting products, guiding prospects through live demonstrations, and converting warm leads into paying customers. While the primary focus is delivering high-quality product demos, the successful candidate will also take initiative in generating new opportunities during slower periods.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging, high-impact product demonstrations for warm, pre-qualified leads.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value to potential clients.
- Tailor demos based on prospect needs, use cases, and business goals.
- Confidently close sales using a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
- Follow up promptly after demos to nurture relationships and advance deals through the pipeline.
- Proactively source new meetings and sales opportunities through:
- Cold calling and outreach
- Email sequences
- LinkedIn prospecting
- Re-engaging past or inactive leads
- Following up on marketing-driven campaigns
- Maintain consistent productivity even during slower inbound lead cycles.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in Sales
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B or SaaS experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident and engaging presentation style.
- Strong demonstration, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
