Job Overview:
We are looking for Property Consultants to join our team and assist clients in the US property market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience using Twilio and Five9 for client interactions. You will help clients explore property options, answer inquiries, and provide professional guidance throughout the buying or renting process.
Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls to US clients using Twilio and Five9.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property listings, pricing, and availability.

Assist clients in evaluating options and guiding them through the property process.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Document client interactions and update CRM or internal systems.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in the BPO industry

Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a clear US accent preferred.

Experience in real estate, property consultancy, or sales is a plus.

Familiarity with Twilio, Five9, or other call/contact center platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in any shifts specifically aligned with US time zones.
