Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing onsite team! If you have a solid background in financial or accounting-related customer service and a passion for helping clients, we want to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate support for financial accounts through phone, email, or face-to-face communication.
- Record, update, and maintain client account information with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Follow company procedures and compliance policies, especially when handling confidential financial information.
- Stay updated on financial products, services, processes, and policies to ensure excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service specifically related to financial or accounting accounts (voice support preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, terminology, or account-related concerns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working onsite in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Education:
- Minimum: High School /College Graduate (with relevant experience)
