Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Customer Support Representatives who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate assistance to travelers facing vehicle issues on the road.
This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. If you’re dependable, solution-oriented, and eager to work with an international team dedicated to helping others, we’d love to have you on board!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers experiencing vehicle issues or roadside emergencies.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to guide customers through problem-solving steps.
- Handle calls, emails, or chats calmly, even under pressure or with difficult customers.
- Learn and navigate new software tools and systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong customer service experience, or exceptional talent with less experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when assisting frustrated or distressed customers.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and procedures.
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience in car rentals or general automotive knowledge.
- Independent and self-driven work style.
