The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team to achieve departmental and company objectives. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving performance, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and tasks.



  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance expectations and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolutions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.



  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO, RPO, or similar setting.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience working directly with clients.
  • Interest in digital research tools and approaches.
