CEBU, PHILIPPINES – Accounting outsourcing services provider TOA Global has expanded its operations in the Philippines by opening a second office in Cebu.
Located in IT Park, Cebu City, the new office marks the company’s continued growth in the region, following its initial expansion into Cebu in 2019 after establishing offices in Clark and Manila.
The newly opened office occupies five floors in the Skyrise 3B Tower and is designed to accommodate up to 940 employees. This expansion underscores TOA Global’s commitment to providing world-class facilities for its teams and clients.

TOA Global has invested significantly in the new office’s amenities to support employee productivity, learning, and well-being. The office features an open-plan production area with natural light, training rooms, relaxation spaces, a clinic, massage chairs, table tennis, billiards equipment, and even a karaoke room.

A strategic move to leverage Cebu’s talent
TOA Global’s decision to expand in Cebu is part of a broader strategy to tap into the region’s strong accounting talent pool. Despite only 2 percent of Philippine universities offering accountancy programs being located in Cebu, the region has produced a significant number of top scorers in the certified public accountant board exams.
