SINGAPORE – TDCX, a leading digital customer experience (CX) solutions provider, has expanded its operations in Istanbul, Turkey, to cater to the rapidly growing demand for gaming support services.
This expansion comes as Turkey emerges as a global hub for mobile game development, with the country’s gaming industry expected to generate $1.5 billion in revenue by 2025.
Strategic growth in the gaming sector
The expansion in Istanbul reflects TDCX’s commitment to the gaming industry, where demand for immersive and socially connected gaming experiences is on the rise.
Sophie Chelmick, executive vice president for EMEA at TDCX, highlighted the company’s confidence in capturing this growing demand, stating, “We are seeing strong growth in the gaming industry, particularly as the experience becomes more immersive and built around social connections.”
Chelmick also noted that TDCX’s deep sector expertise and ability to deliver top-notch player experiences position the company to help gaming firms build strong brand loyalty.
The expanded operations in Turkey have already led to a 45% increase in the workforce supporting a specific global gaming client in less than two years.
Strategic location and focus on gaming talent
The new TDCX campus in Istanbul is strategically located in Mecidiyeköy, a prime area within the city, within an A+ building. This central location supports employee engagement and training, with facilities for both monthly facilitator-led sessions and ongoing self-paced learning programs.
Headquartered in Singapore, TDCX operates more than 30 campuses globally, employing over 17,800 people. In Turkey, TDCX has achieved an impressive customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 85% for a gaming client, placing it at the top end of the industry average.
