Intouch CX to expand Philippines operations

CEBU, PHILIPPINES – Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Intouch CX has committed to expanding its workforce in the Philippines, promising to enhance innovation in the country and strengthen its foothold in the outsourcing sector. 

Intouch CX, a global leader in customer management and technology solutions, has grown significantly in the Philippines market since its expansion in 2016, with locations in Manila, Cebu, and its newly opened Clark location.

Dishant Bhojwani, Intouch CX’s chief operating officer, has committed to strengthening the group’s presence in the country, following the company’s recent recognition. The company has clinched 10 wins, including five gold awards, at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. 

Intouch CX, previously known as 24-7 Intouch until January 2023, has also expanded into Malaysia. Aside from the Philippines, the company currently has in-person campuses in the United States, Canada, Guatemala, Colombia, Jamaica, Honduras, Greece, and India. 

 

Global growth and future plans

The group also opened a platinum LEED-certified state-of-the-art campus in Hyderabad, India, adding 1,000 seats and 1,200 team members to their operations. Along with its announcement to expand in Malaysia, Greg Fettes, founder and CEO of Intouch CX, said, “Our organic expansion into new markets is extremely important to how we win with our client partners and for the overall growth of our company.”

According to their website, the company will continue to invest in global scale, employee engagement, and leadership “with a differentiated approach that balances performance, people, and technologies.” Intouch CX introduced new solutions the previous year, including well-being-led Trust and Safety solutions, Mosaic languages, and Intouch CX Disrupt, a unique customer experience solution specifically designed for hyper-growth companies.
