LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – IK Partners’ Small Cap IV has signed an acquisition agreement with DATAPART Factoring GmbH, a leading German business process outsourcing provider for driving schools and training institutions. This deal was finalized in early September 2025 and represents IK’s continued investment in niche BPO providers.
DATAPART specializes in tech-enabled BPO solutions in the driving school segment. It offers factoring and administrative services, such as billing, liquidity management, and payment processing, streamlining operations for training institutions.
With this acquisition, DATAPART will develop its platform by leveraging IK’s strong DACH presence, strengthening its position in the driving school market.
IK Partners’ Strategic Rationale
DATAPART’s steady growth in its niche industry makes the company an attractive investment opportunity. On the other hand, IK Partners will benefit from this partnership by expanding its verticals and exploring more growth opportunities in untapped BPO markets.
Unlike horizontally scaled business process providers, DATAPART thrives in its niche-specific processes that require domain expertise. This specialization is becoming the company’s competitive differentiator in the saturated market, which now gives both DATAPART and IK Partners higher value propositions and strong growth potential.
We are thrilled to partner with IK as we strengthen our position in the driving school BPO market. This investment represents a significant milestone in DATAPART’s journey towards becoming a leading tech-enabled BPO specialist.
