
MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Hexaware Technologies, an IT services and solutions provider, has opened a second delivery center in Manila, Philippines. This expansion aims to tap into the region’s talent pool and enhance the company’s digital transformation and operations solutions across various sectors.
Enhancing Hexaware’s customer service and IT support
The new Manila center will offer customer service, IT troubleshooting, and help desk support.
Bennet Kumar, global head BPS at Hexaware, highlighted the importance of this expansion. “This expansion of our footprint in the Philippines will enable us to further leverage the region’s talent and give us the ability to scale to meet customer demand,” he said.
The center is designed to deliver quality customer experiences and IT support services to clients worldwide.
Strategic growth in the Asia-Pacific region
Gopinath Manian, senior vice president BPS at Hexaware, expressed excitement about the new office, noting the alignment of the Philippines’ talent pool with Hexaware’s goals.
